In this blog you’ll be learning about directions. For now, it’s basic vocabulary related to it but soon I will upload a detailed blog about how to ask for directions or when someone ask you directions how would you reply in Korean. With this, you’ll get to know what direction you should move if someone helps you by telling directions in Korean or if you don’t know that much Korean you ask someone in broken Korean about direction like west?? North?? like this. It will improve your vocabulary skills.

Here is the list of vocabularies: -

Front       앞 (ap)

Back         뒤 (dwi)

Side          옆 (yeop)

Top          꼭대기 (kkodaegi)

Left          외쪽 (oen-jjok)

Right       오른쪽 (o-reun-jjok)

East         동쪽 (dong-jjok)

West       서쪽 (seo-jjok)

North      북쪽 (buk-jjok)

South      남쪽 (nam-jjok)

Start       시작 (si-jak)

Middle   중앙 (jung-ang)

End         끝 (kkeut)

Centre    중심 (jung-sim)

To further practice the vocabulary for directions, remember to check the names of places in town and also the different parts of building.
