Praveen
Kumar Sobti, best known for playing Bheem in the TV series 'Mahabharat', has
recently passed away at the age of 74 following a cardiac arrest.
He will be incinerated at the crematorium ground in
Punjabi Bagh on 8 February, ANI detailed. He is made due by his better half,
kin, and girl.
Before he entered the universe of acting, Praveen
Kumar Sobti was a fruitful competitor in the sledge and plate toss classes. He
won four decorations at the Asian Games and a silver award in the Commonwealth
Games in 1966, and furthermore contended in two Olympics (1968 and 1972).
The Arjuna Award beneficiary made his acting
introduction with Raksha with Jeetendra. He turned into an easily recognized
name after he featured in Mahabharata as Bheem. He likewise assumed the part of
Sabu in the TV series motivated by the Chacha Chaudhary funnies. He proceeded
to act in films like Loha, Ajooba, Shahenshah, and Singhasan.
Praveen Kumar Sobti had challenged the Delhi Legislative Assembly decisions from Wazirpur on an Aam Aadmi Party ticket. He later joined the Bharatiya Janata Party in 2014.
